HI EVERYONE!

• I’m offering a virtual class for Mother’s Day with two time slots, Friday May 7th afternoon 3pm-5pm and Saturday May 8th morning 10am to Noon.

• First come First Serve, limited availability.

• Recipe will be provided a day before the bake along.

• We’ll make cookies, filling, buttercream , sandwich the cookies and dip them in luscious dark chocolate.

• You’ll need basic equipment to make these cookie sandwiches i.e mixer (hand held or table top), spatula, icing bag, cookie sheet/pan, parchment paper, and cookie scoop (1.5 tbsp side ideally)

• You’ll need basic ingredients to make these sandwiches - sugar, flour, butter, fresh strawberries, vanilla extract, dark chocolate. The only specialty item required is a bag of Freeze Dried Strawberries, available in most grocery stores.

• You’ll bake along with me and I’ll provide all the tips and tricks on baking the perfect cookie sandwiches!
